It's pronounced "Air-Uh"

Since we just started this blog late in November, I thought I'd quickly discuss something that has been dominating our MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter accounts: our trip to Ireland in early December!

Basically what the deal is is this: our label (Indiecater) is in Ireland, Ireland is awesome, and, well, we wanna go. We're just playing two shows and we don't have any weird ideas about getting "big in Ireland," though of course that would be nice. This is as much a vacation as it is a mini-tour. Our shows are as follows:

Wednesday, December 9th at The Spirit Store
We Cut Corners, The Very Most, Darragh & Vinny (Angel Pier), and At Last an Atlas
Doors at 8:30 pm
FREE!!

Saturday, December 12th at Whelan's
The Very Most (Album Launch), The Ambience Affair, Storkboy Choons
€8

We're so pleased to be playing such cool venues and with such great bands. Another cool thing that's happening is that we'll be recording a session for Balcony TV and giving interviews for the RTE web station and for an Irish language radio station. They will be kind enough to speak in English for that, since the only Irish I know is craic, Eire, and, um, go bragh? Pretty sad.

Needless to say, we're very, very psyched, to use the 90s slang. We will post updates here during our trip and let you know how everything goes.

Oh, and we will have copies of our new record for sale in Ireland. More about that soon.
